Haart Ohligsberg GG Riesling Trocken 2019
Aromas of tangerine, orange peel, quince, and apricot,
layered with a salty mineral tone reminiscent of wet pebbles.
The petrol note is subtle, adding depth without dominating.

On the palate, green grapes and apples meet a rounded, saline texture.
Hints of acacia honey, basil herb, and apple juice evolve into peach, red apple,
and pineapple on the finish, with a delicate touch of residual sweetness.
Initially citrus-driven, led by grapefruit, the wine gains density and tropical fruit character with time.

After 30 minutes,
lime peel and gentle petrol notes integrate beautifully, joined by a dusty, steamy spiciness and a saline impression like seawater resting on cold marble.
Rather than a burst of colorful fruit, the wine shows refined clarity and firmness.
Its clean, polished character drew comparisons to Chablis among tasters with varied experience and preferences.
