Much better after some time—let it breathe for about 30 minutes and enjoy slightly chilled. Surprisingly, it was even better on the second day than on the day it was opened.
Right after pouring, sharp alcohol and a fish skin note hit the nose—quite unexpected.
After a short wait, the aroma shifts to grape juice from a carton, with hints of soy sauce and pickled perilla leaves.
Challenging at first...
After 10 minutes in the glass:
Pomegranate, ginseng, and ginger notes emerge, and they actually blend well.
From this point, the aroma gets sweeter, almost like honey water.

First sip after 20 minutes:
Sweet fruit juice floods the palate—
The same aromas from the nose come through clearly in the mouth.
It’s reminiscent of grape juice with honey, but the acidity keeps it from being sticky.
Instead, there’s a silky, moisturizing sensation on the lips.
Didn’t feel like drinking more that day, so I saved it and tried again two days later.
By then, both flavor and aroma had improved, making it a comfortable match for pizza, hamburgers, tomato-based pasta, and other casual dishes.
