Bubblegum note lingers on the finish.

Ripe plum and nectarine burst in the mouth.
Hints of deep purple grapes also come to mind.
Fresh acidity, moderate residual sweetness, and tight-knit tannins.
Not just fruit-driven — there's a smoky nuance and balanced spiciness.
Almost no reduction — feels like a well-fermented fruit wine.

Ink and violet flower aromas.
Dried rose and mulberry. Grapefruit peel comes to mind as well.
Initially the wine had a strong impact. Now it's calmer overall,
yet the flavor and aroma haven't weakened — they've gained more depth.
Tannins feel significantly more pronounced compared to the beginning.
Had it with squid ink risotto — the pairing was excellent.
With gouda, the wine felt denser. With Parmigiano, the aroma of the cheese filled the mouth after each sip.
