Paul Louis Martin Champagne Brut

Hints of cream puff, dry straw, and a touch of butter. Subtle nuances of yeast and banana peel.
Around 15 minutes after opening,
aromas of red apple begin to rise.
The wine also shows a faint salinity and a hint of white pepper. Definitely more enjoyable now than right after opening.
At the 30-minute mark,
lemon and lime notes become more prominent, followed by delicate brioche and almond aromas, and finally a lingering finish of acacia blossom.
With its fine, soft bubbles, this is a Champagne that anyone can enjoy comfortably—anytime, anywhere.
