First sip — fresh, crisp acidity with a clean profile.
Behind the red apple character come ripe peach, apricot, hallabong citrus flesh, chilled pear juice, and a touch of honey.
The fresh fruit aromas combine beautifully with a mouth-coating umami savoriness.
The wine carries a distinct salinity, evoking the sea, with a brioche and buttery finish.
