Mira do Ó, Druida Tinto 2020
A scent reminiscent of animal fur and leather, as if from a wild creature.
Right after opening, a faint acetone nuance—not unpleasant, but rather adding freshness to the wine.

A fleeting red bell pepper character disappears, giving way to red cherries.
Paper-like aroma, like an old newspaper. Unripe wild peach.
First sip — evokes young roses, omija berries, pomegranate, black tea, and cornelian cherries.
The flavors are vivid and clear, more like a painting in acrylics than in watercolors.
At this stage, it’s easy to understand why it was introduced as a “brightly toned Pinot Noir” character.
Early on, it leaned toward young roses, but over time, it shifted to black roses,
while still carrying fresh raspberry and balsamic nuances.
Interestingly, left still in the glass, it smells of wild strawberries and red plums,
but the moment you swirl, meaty aromas emerge.
After 1 hour,
roasted pecan notes begin to appear.
The range of berry aromas, from black roses to raspberries, feels harmonious.
The finish carries the freshness of thyme.
Right now, the wine feels more balanced and delicious than at any earlier point.
The more you drink, the more beautiful it becomes.
We enjoyed it for a total of 1.5 hours—almost too quickly, leaving us wishing for more.
